Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
• Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
• To request a refund, email support@babyluna.in with your order number and issue details.

3. Exchange

• We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
